Refund Policy

At Transformed PD, we strive to provide effective training sessions that equip teachers to be able to plan and teach Christ-centered unit plans. We understand that sometimes circumstances change for faculty. Therefore, we offer a refunds for course participants, subject to the following conditions:

1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the Company’s policies regarding refunds and cancellations of purchases made through the Website or directly from the Company.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Full or partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Participant is not able to participate in the online training course.
• The service was not delivered as promised.
• A partial refund of 80% of the purchase price will be issued if the request is made within 7 days of receiving log-in information.
• A partial refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued if the request is made within 21 days of receiving log-in information.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Digital products after download or course materials have been accessed
• Services that have already been rendered in full

4. Request Procedure

To request a refund, the Customer must contact the Company at https://transformedpd.com/contact/, with the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. Requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.

 

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed with a company check or wire transfer. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it, unless the order has already been processed. Courses are not transferrable to other users.

7. Discretionary Rights

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or cancellation request at its sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected abuse.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky, United States.

Effective Date: 12/1/2025 This Refund Policy is effective as of the date first accessed or used by the Customer and remains in force until amended
